The crosses are the suffering, the stars are the successes, the flower is nature...

The simple truths, when related to the bare meaning of the skull symbol, are a very direct reminder that we must find joy and meaning in the smallest things.

By keeping the "drama level" low, trying to better control our reactions with a more conscious and peaceful approach to life's challenges, things tend to change.
